One of Bruce Hardwood’s most popular products include Lock and Fold flooring. Also known as Bruce locking hardwood, Lock and Fold is a variation on traditional prefinished hardwood. The planks or strips of hardwood lock together and don’t need any type of sealing or fasteners. Although the boards themselves use a lock and click mechanism to stay in place, the flooring doesn’t need to be nailed or stapled down. Instead, as floating flooring, the boards can be pressed down on an existing floor to stay in place. All Bruce Lock and Fold flooring comes in domestic varieties, such as red oak and maple, and is prefinished engineered wood.
